Psychological Evaluations
At The Pratt Center, we specialize in psychological evaluations of children, adolescents and young adults. From kindergarten readiness through graduate school, we highlight strengths and offer recommendations for overcoming obstacles. We help parents select a school that meets their child's needs, receive services within their current school or locate professionals working privately with children. We also help young adults to find their way in college and graduate school. We have extensive experience working with private tutors, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and other professionals. We believe that everyone has areas of strength and accomplishment, and we are dedicated to helping young people overcome obstacles and realize their full potential. We see adults in undergraduate and graduate school provided the issues are primarily educational in nature. We are available to evaluate intelligence, academic skills, attentional abilities, memory, emotional functioning, adaptive skills and vocational interests. A comprehensive psychological evaluation can help you:

It is important to tailor each psychological evaluation to the needs of the student, and licensed psychologists administer all tests. Our psychological evaluations conform to the guidelines set forth by the American Psychological Association (APA).
